This is a detail from my painting Advent Starry Night 4. See my website virginiawieringa.com to see the larger version.  Today is the day of Epiphany when the Wise Men traditionally visited the Holy Family. In our church we celebrate a season of Epiphany, when we see Jesus and our lives with new eyes.
