Hi Virginia! I think I see why I wasn't able to leave a comment..I didn't sign an identity as 'other' or 'anonymous'. Monte Carlo Tulips is VERY nice..it is a pastel drawing right? I need to check again. Beautiful..colors, drawing, everything! I love this one!
