Dining with Squirrels

I just encountered my niece's new blog by that title: Dining with Squirrels
It's at www.saradeboer.com and it's a hilarious account of her life with her family. Since she's one of my all time favorite people and the captain of my cheerleading squad, I'll be checking her site regularly.

She got to sit with the VIP's at the Barack event (due to hard work for another Dem) and she even has pictures!

Here's a gem I found on one of her posts:

Marion Howe:

“We want the spring to come and the winter to pass. We want whoever to call or not to call, a letter, a kiss — we want more and more and then more of it. But there are moments, walking, when I catch a glimpse of myself in the window glass, say, the window of the corner video store, and I’m gripped by a cherishing so deep for my own blowing hair, chapped face, and unbuttoned coat that I’m speechless: I am living.”

Yes, we are living.
